Duties will include:

  • Providing professional advice to clients;
  • Interpreting information gathered through financial analysis;
  • Selling Liberty’s wide range of products;
  • Establishing a strong network.

You will need the following:

  • Matric;
  • Finance or Law related degree preferable;
  • RE 5;
  • Clear criminal and credit record;
  • Valid driver’s licence;
  • Own reliable vehicle essential;
  • Laptop with Windows 10
  • 2 years’ experience in a Financial Adviser
  • Negotiating experience of 2 to 3 years
  • Networking experience of 2 to 3 years

Service Delivery by Administration Hubs:

Pre-Sales (FA’s)

  • New client portfolio support;
  • Client presentations (binding of packs) support;
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding required documents.

New Business

  • New business processing;
  • Welcome emails to clients confirming acceptance.

After Sales

  • Servicing processing;
  • Assist external clients with all queries as swiftly as possible;
  • Assist clients with Stanlib and Liberty online registrations;
  • Relationship building with clients .

Retention

  • Client retention (unpaid notifications) communicate with clients and follow up on payments;
  • Assist clients with reinstatement of contracts;
  • Client review portfolio;
  • Assist with special projects – cross sell and upsell opportunities.

Service Delivery additional: Administration Hubs to Financial Advisors:

  • Relationship building with advisors to strengthen practice growth;
  • Continuous collaboration with advisors to enhance turnaround times;
  • Binding of packs

Marketing

  • Morebo newsletter;
  • Online presence;
  • Short term inhouse offering;
  • Employee benefit inhouse offering.

This position reports to the General Manager of the Retail division.
