Our Loss of Licence referred to as insurance cover specific to commercial pilots
An additional clause will be inserted into your contractthatwill provide a benefit for a Loss of Licence. This benefit covers thel oss of a pilot’s licence on medical grounds. If a pilot loses their pilot’s licence, because of a medical condition covered under the specified benefit, a claim will be considered. If, however,a pilot loses their pilot’s licence because they breached civil aviation regulations (for example, arriving for duty while under the influence), then a claim will not be considered.
